Sami (Near Drill Project)

General

Sami: Ayacucho dept., 27,000 has previously Barrick.
Sumaq: Ayacucho dept., 9000 has previously Anglo-Ashanti.
Additional 3,700 ha Option "Minera Peñoles del Peru S.A." ("Peñoles")
Tertiary volcanic rocks belt; High sulfidation and possible low sulfidation targets.

Exploration Works

• Sami: 1:5,000 geological mapping and litho geochemical sampling.
• Sami: IP ground geophysical surveying; not in possession of the IP data.
• Sami: Seven drill holes totaling 1,338.3 m. were drilled on two claim blocks (3 drill holes each)
• Holes BDSE 01 to 03 = 663.6 m and,
  • Holes BDL01-04 = 674.7 m.
• Sumaq: 90 samples taken by Southwestern.

Results :

• Sami: DDH # BDSE-01 returned 0.2 g/t Au and 0.2 g/t Ag over a core length of 10.57 m.
• Sami: Many Conceptual targets and geophysical targets are not fully tested.
• Sumaq: gave up to 0.899 g/t Au. Reported values up to 8.38 g/t Au and >100 g/t Ag. Conceptual targets not drilled.
