Miles Thompson , , BSc (Hons), FIMMM , , Position: Executive Chairman, President & CEO

Mr. Thompson is currently Chairman of Reservoir Minerals Inc., a mineral exploration company working in Serbia, Romania, Macedonia, Cameroon, and Gabon, the common shares of which are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, and Executive Chairman of Reservoir Capital Corp., a renewable resource development company focused in Serbia, the common shares of which are also listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Thompson has been involved in mineral exploration for twenty-five years as a project generator, consultant and manager for both large and small companies. Mr. Thompson worked as a contractor to Lac Minerals Ltd. and then Barrick Gold Corporation between 1993 and 1996 and subsequently worked with Mineral Resources Development Inc. (now part of AMEC plc) on the privatization of Companhia Vale do Rio Doce (CVRD) in 1996. From 1997 to 1998 he was the Brazil representative for Newcrest and in 1999 became the Brazil representative for Gold Fields Limited. Mr. Thompson joined Gold Fields Limited in South America as an employee in 2000 initially as Senior Geologist then later Manager Business Development, in which role he initiated the acquisition of the Cerro Corona copper-gold deposit in Peru. Based in Johannesburg (2004) and Oxford (2005) he worked on joint ventures and acquisitions in Africa, Canada, Russia, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Mr. Thompson is a geology graduate of the University of Bristol (UK).

Adrian Calvert , , , Position: Director

Mr. Calvert is a lawyer and financial adviser with over 15 years of legal and commercial development experience with natural resource companies, and is the founder of WindRose Capital Ltd., an advisory company, which provides development and project finance advice for energy, infrastructure and natural resource projects in emerging markets. Previously he co-founded EuroVentures, a development company in Brazil which originated, structured, raised capital and invested in early stage projects in mining, biofuels and renewable energy. His experience as a lawyer has been in the energy and natural resource/project finance practice areas with Clayton Utz in Australia and Clifford Chance in the United Kingdom and Brazil. Mr. Calvert holds a bachelor of arts/bachelor of law from the University of Queensland and an MBA from Insead business school.

Christopher Jones , , CA, CFA , , Position: Director

Mr. Jones is a member of both the Institute of Canadian Chartered Accountants and Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts in Ontario. Since January 2009, Mr. Jones has been the Vice President of Duff & Phelps Limited, a company based out of Toronto that provides business valuation and corporate finance services. From September 2004 to December 2008, Mr. Jones worked for KPMG LLP as a Senior Assurance Accountant (Audit) and Valuations Senior Consultant. He also holds an Honours Business Administration Degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Ontario.

Managing partner at IMC Consultoria Representacao Com. Int. Ltda. since 1985. Director of Indústrias Verolme-Ishibras S.A. (private manufacturer and repairer of ships, vessels, and off-shore platforms for oil exploration and production) and Docas Investimentos S.A. (private investment company). Formerly, Managing Partner at Weatherhaven Brasil (private manufacturer of temporary shelters) from 2008 to 2012.
