Corporate Responsibility
We recognize that our exploration work impacts many regions, communities, individuals and environments all over the world. It is important to put forth responsible practices to ensure sustainability of those factors. We believe that having a well established commitment to operating in a socially, environmentally and morally responsible way will promote goodwill with all communities involved. Our main goal is to maximize shareholder returns, and in doing, so we must integrate the best interests of all stakeholders concerned by our actions. Such stakeholder’s may include employees, communities, local residents, suppliers and governments at all levels and aspects of which we operate.
More specifically, all exploration work including testing, sampling, and drilling analysis is to be conducted as per regulatory guidelines, in a diligent and careful manner. All data is reviewed by Michael Bennell, Lara’s VP of exploration and member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 Standards.
